was really a very interesting seminar...where we learned more about how teams work and how is useful having different characters in one team rather being all the same...
but that might be really more useful if it was in the beginning of the second term..
have got some point from that class:
- When you work in a team you need to recognize that different style and character better for the team
eg. regarding BELBIN TEST ....imagine if all the team have are PL which is known with high creativity,,,so they would have the risk of nothing will be done in the group.
- Each group need MIX & BALANCE
- dont expect everyone be like you
- many industry use the BELBIN test as a starting point to build up a team.
MENATL METHODS:
- we like to behave like others (mirroring body language)
- Eye contact build a report and a relation between the team
- being self reflected is poweful
